. 21 years old I lived, I didn't expect to become a chef even though I am just only Commis 3. The work is v3ry hard. S0me people do said Wow! Chef? When you become a chef you must fight with you physical and mental. It must be strong enough. Our communication with the guests is very important. I cannot speak fluenty in English but we have to tried our best. I want to be the best person for myself . Is that okay ? Yeah ... perfect! You know what Mr. Blogger? My team work, they are all man. At first, I feel so shy and don't know what to do.
This is the first teamwork who work under first outlet where we call Sands Kitchen. In Sands Kitchen, there is western and asia kitchen (hot&cold). There is no specification kitchen for us. All in one. We can do hot and we can do cold food. Sands Kitchen is the busiest outlet. There is more outlet such as Saffron, Rhu and Sunset.
