My Lasagna

Hari nie saya cuba buat Lasagna for the first time. Before this, saya cuma belajar dua kali je cara buat Lasagna. Alhamdulillah sedap dan menjadi. Nak buat Lasagna just ingat 4 benda je :

Lasagna Skin

Cheese (parmesan & mozarella)

Bolognese (minced beef, chopped onion & fresh tomato, Italian Herbs, tomato paste, oil, water, seasoning)

Bechamel sauce (roux, milk, onion pique, seasoning)

But... kos nak beli brg, dalam RM 80 !!! And I've got 2750 kg of Lasagna /5 = 550g. The cost for one Lasagna is RM 16 and if I want to sell I'll sell RM 20/550g to customer ! Is the price okay for you? Ahaks! Tomorrow, my cousin will get marry! Tahniah abang Hapizz!

Talk about Lasagna makes me remember my friends and their names are Lazarul & Rifhana #couple. I called them Lasagna couple!
