My Lasagna

Hari nie saya cuba buat Lasagna for the first time. Before this, saya cuma belajar dua kali je cara buat Lasagna. Alhamdulillah sedap dan menjadi. Nak buat Lasagna just ingat 4 benda je :

Lasagna Skin

Cheese (parmesan & mozarella)

Bolognese (minced beef, chopped onion & fresh tomato, Italian Herbs, tomato paste, oil, water, seasoning)

Bechamel sauce (roux, milk, onion pique, seasoning)

But... kos nak beli brg, dalam RM 80 !!! And I've got 2750 kg of Lasagna /5 = 550g. The cost for one Lasagna is RM 16 and if I want to sell I'll sell RM 20/550g to customer ! Is the price okay for you? Ahaks! Tomorrow, my cousin will get marry! Tahniah abang Hapizz!

Talk about Lasagna makes me remember my friends and their names are Lazarul & Rifhana #couple. I called them Lasagna couple!

Saja nak bagi tau yang membaca. Tadi masa makan kat satu tempat nie datang laa Puan V nie bersama anak yang mungkin 4 bulan umurnya dan juga seorang makcik yang ditugaskan menjaga anaknya. Okay, masing-masing ambik makanan makan. Mimpi apa tahh nk makan dgn rakyat jelata. Makcik yang jg baby pergi ambil makanan then baby dalam stroller menangis. Puan V nie boleh je bangun tinggalkan sesuap nasi kenapa anak dia menangis, hanya satu langkah bebb! Could you imagine that? Dia biarkan je... makcik yang jauh tue pulak berlari anak pergi ke bayi dia. What is the moral of this situation guys? Saya tak boleh terima. Kalau dah x boleh bgn sangat dari kerusi tue you just need to call your baby's name. "Amir... mama kat sini sayang." or anything that makes the baby stop from merengek laa. He is your son. Hiburkan diri sendiri.

Alhamdulillah... selamat sampaii ke rumah. Hari off day. Tak kerja. Kebetulan pulak gaji masuk. So, decide hiburkan hati sendiri. Mula cadangnya nak pergi cable car, tak jadi. Last kali pergi Underwater World tgk ikan je. Walaupun mmg pnduduk ttp Langkawii jrg pergi. Sejak sekolah rendah. Dah belas tahun tak masuk. Hurm, tak ada yang menarik pun. Tak apalah. Hatipun dah tenang sikit tgk ikan... hikhikhik... jg dri guys... hargailah orang yang hargaii kita.
